Konstanty Ildefons Ga\u0142czy\u0144ski<\/b> (1905\u20131953), alias Karakuliambro<\/i>, was a Polish\u00a0poet<\/a>, well known for the “paradramatic” absurd humorous<\/a>\u00a0sketches of the\u00a0Green Goose Theatre<\/a>. Many of his postwar pieces, including “A Poem for the Traitor”, “Chryzostom Bulwie\u0107\u2019s Trip to Ciemnogr\u00f3d” and the “Stalin is Dead” were written according to socialist realist<\/a>\u00a0conventions. In 1950, he became the object of an ideological battle, his artistic work denounced by\u00a0Adam Wa\u017cyk<\/a>\u00a0at the Reunion of Polish Writers as\u00a0petit bourgeois<\/a>. He died in 1953 from a heart attack. The poster artist Zbigniew Kaja<\/strong>\u00a0 was born in 1924 in\u00a0Poznan, Poland. He was a graphic artist, set designer and one of the creators\u00a0of the famous Polish School of Posters. He studied at\u00a0the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Pozna\u0144, the Faculty of Painting and Graphics and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw where he obtained his diploma in 1976 from Stanis\u0142aw Mroszczak and Leszek Holdanowicz. He lectured at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Pozna\u0144. Kaja was the artistic director of WAG and KAW in Pozna\u0144 until 1977.
