“La Celestina” is a Spanish literary masterpiece written by Fernando de Rojas. Also known as “Tragicomedia de Calisto y Melibea” (Tragicomedy of Calisto and Melibea), it was first published in 1499. The work is considered one of the greatest works of Spanish literature from the Renaissance period. The story revolves around the tragic love affair between Calisto, a young nobleman, and Melibea, a beautiful and virtuous woman. It is often considered one of the earliest examples of the Spanish picaresque genre and has had a significant influence on later works of literature and drama. The poster artist Grzegorz Marsza\u0142ek<\/strong> was born in 1946 in Poland. He studied\u00a0\u00a0at the Art Academy in Pozna\u0144, where in 1971 he obtained his diploma with honors under the guidance of Lucjan Mianowski and Waldemar \u015awierzy<\/strong>. Currently he is manager of Poster and Illustration Studio and Visual Communication Studio at School of Applied Arts in Szczecin. He has presented his works at 18 individual exhibitions and 85 collective exhibitions, both at home and abroad.
