Things Change<\/b><\/i>\u00a0is a 1988 American\u00a0comedy-drama<\/a>\u00a0film directed by\u00a0David Mamet<\/a>\u00a0and starring\u00a0Joe Mantegna<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Don Ameche<\/a>. It was co-written by Mamet and\u00a0Shel Silverstein<\/a>. The film follows the story of Gino, an elderly shoe shiner, who is mistaken for a mobster. When he’s offered a substantial sum to take the fall for a crime he didn’t commit, Gino agrees. However, things take an unexpected turn when Jerry, a low-level mobster assigned to guard him, decides to give Gino one last taste of freedom. The two form an unlikely bond, leading to a series of humorous and poignant adventures as they navigate the complications of their situation. The film blends sharp dialogue, wit, and touching moments, creating a unique and engaging narrative. <\/sup>The poster artist Wies\u0142aw Wa\u0142kuski<\/strong> was born in Poland in 1956, and started his graphic design education at the Warsaw Academy of Art which he attended from 1976 to 1981. He studied under several design lecturers including Maciej Urbaniec and Teresa Pagowska. At the end of his studies he was employed by Polfilm and Film Polski to produce artwork and cover designs. During this period he also worked with visual studio publishers and numerous theater groups producing artworks. In 1987 he commenced his career as a freelance graphic designer. Today, Wies\u0142aw Wa\u0142kuski has more than 200 posters to his name and he continues his work as a poster designer, illustrator and painter. He still lives and works in Warsaw.
